1. Information Collection and Use

Compass operates on a zero-data-collection model:

• Device Sensors: The App accesses your device's built-in magnetometer (compass sensor) and accelerometer strictly on your device to calculate direction heading, pitch, and roll tilt. None of this sensor data is stored or transmitted.
• Location Data: The App accesses your device's GPS coordinates strictly on-device to compute local magnetic declination (offset for True North) and to show your approximate altitude. This coordinates data is processed locally in temporary memory and is never transmitted to any server or shared with third parties.

2. Third-Party Services

The App may include basic integration with third-party service providers (such as Google Authentication and Firebase Crashlytics) to manage user identity and monitor application stability. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.

3. Children's Privacy

Since we do not collect any personal information, the App does not knowingly collect or request personal details from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

4. Security

As all calculations and measurements occur entirely on your local device, your data is inherently protected by your device's security architecture.
